- We offer FREE DELIVERY to all customers in the UK except Ireland and Scotland for any items over £500 please enquire for delivery quotes under this.
- For other areas or international please contact us to agree a shipping price
- Delivery will be normally week days unless agreed otherwise, an extra charge may be incurred for specific date or time, or if 2 people are required.
- If in the unlikely event your mirror has to be returned for any reason the free delivery charge would be payable also with the return delivery carriage.
- We do ask that you check the mirror carefully on receipt of the mirror as once this has been accepted/signed for then it is no longer our responsibility if damaged.
Special Offers
We may from time to time promote special offers and discounts across the website and on social media. Please note any mirrors under £500 we do charge delivery however we do offer a competive rate for deliveries within the UK.
Discounts are off marked price, unless otherwise stated.
Free UK delivery still applies except Ireland and Scotland. Free delivery to London may also be restricted to certain days, and may be chargeable to set a specific day.
Any offers must be paid in full within the stated time frame.

If a delivery charge is applicable please add it to the calculation before ordering.
If you are not sure if a delivery charge applies by by all means place your order and we will agree any delivery charge with you before accepting your order.
Please note that the Exchange rate is only a guidance for you and can change on a daily basis.
We don't pack for insurance purposes but we can give you a quote for shipping.
Buying from our Shop
If you wish to personally visit and buy from the shop, feel free to contact us anytime to make an appointment to visit us. All our transactions are clean and simple. Payment can be made in cash,bank transfers or via major credit cards, or paypal.
Returns policy
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase(s), and you contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods, we will offer a full refund, excluding return postage/carriage. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item(s) - i.e. that it arrives in the same condition as when it left Cleall Antiques, and for this reason we always recommend that you use tracked and insured postage/carriage. If any item has been customised i.e painted to customers specification then the item can no longer be returned, or restored in any way.
Product descriptions
Our aim is to ensure that customers are delighted with their purchase(s). To this end we will always represent our items offered for sale as accurately as possible. However, it must be noted that lighting, colour reproduction and a range of other factors can affect the appearance of any image of our merchandise. Antiques by definition are old and used, and invariably display a few 'honourable scars' and signs of usage. Indeed, this is often what forms their character - with patination, for example, resulting from years of use. So please do not assume that items are offered in pristine or 'as new' condition. We will always highlight any condition factors that we feel go beyond what one would reasonably expect to find in an antique object. Please feel free to ask for additional images and details of condition, etc., for any item, or if you wish to arrange a viewing.

We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time as we see fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our Privacy policy, we will announce them on that page. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers' personally identifiable information, notification by e-mail or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change.
